yes, I just folllowed the steps on this webpage. It appears that gnuplot doesn't activate the x11 term. I can plot but if I give it first the instructions "set terminal output", etc.
if you want to plot the graph to a pdf file, you need to give the first instruction: "set term pdf" in your gnu script file. Is that what you are asking?
What I mean is, if you just do "pl x", this configuration doesn't display the usual window, like in gnuplot 4.2. You're only able to see a plot if you do previously made "set term something"
I cannot plot with this program configuration!
ReplyDeleteWHat should I need to do?
Thanks
can you tell me what you have done so far?

Do I need to re-install it?
Thanks a lot
